Words can’t express the gratitude I have to Old Bridge Funeral Home. Especially David and Carolyn. They and the team made one of most difficult time in my life more manageable. They wanted to know my wife and our lives so the could honor her (us)properly. They treated me like a long time friend. This isn’t a job for them. Beth Shalom Chapels was very helpful when making arrangements after my father's passing. Even during the pandemic, they provided personal service and assistance when I needed it the most. Their guidance and expertise were timely and very much appreciated. Michael asked all of the right questions, even asking if my father was a veteran and arranging for the Marines to attend the service to perform military honors. It was very touching and I appreciated all of the efforts they provided to me and my family.

The staff at CPJ are absolutely wonderful. They have provided services for my family for 2 separate funerals for family members. They go above and beyond during your time of grief and are very compassionate. Thank you to all who worked during my grandfather and brother's funerals.

Old Bridge Funeral Home has been absolutely fantastic to, and for, our family in our difficult time. David and Carolyn were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. The care and services they performed were very professional and extremely compassionate in our family's most difficult time. Carolyn was amazing in paying attention to detail, and putting in the time to make everything perfect and worked behind the scenes to make our family's time carefree yet very well thought out. The folks at Old Bridge Funeral Home are true professionals and skilled at what they do. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed in their abilities, their service, or their guidance!

Recently my brother in law passed away at home after a long battle with cancer. The funeral director, Karen Lamb, was so kind and compassionate to my family that I would give her 10 stars if I could. When Karen and her assistant came to my sister's home after he passed, she honored my brother in law with such dignity and respect, I was actually taken back. You see, I watched the way a different funeral home treated my grandmother after she died several years ago, and it was all about the process with no emotion whatsoever.It was almost as if we were invisable. So when Karen explained to us what would happen next, and offered my grown nephews the option of helping to take their father out to the funeral home transport vehicle (not a hearse that everyone in the neighborhood would see and immediately know he died), it was a wonderful way for them to honor their dad. After Karen left, I realized that she neatly folded all the blankets that were on the hospital bed, and left a beautiful poem and a single rose on the pillow. Instead of seeing the empty hospital bed, my sister was comforted by such a compassionate gesture, which made an absolutely heartbreaking experience a little bit easier to bear. Karen continued to work with my sister back at the funeral home, arranging all of the details exactly as my sister and her sons had asked, and nothing was too much trouble. She never once rushed us and made us all feel like there was nothing she couldn't or wouldn't do to honor Joe's last wishes. I could say so many beautiful things that Karen did for us if only I had lots more room. She even arranged for our distant relatives (who could not travel due to Covid restrictions) to be a part of the service via a Zoom conference call so they could watch and listen to the service. It's sad to say that I have been to many funerals in my lifetime, and as nice as the staff was at other funeral homes, I am overwhelmed by the level of professionalism, care, compassion and respect shown by Karen Lamb at Inglesby Funeral Home.

Carolyn and the rest of the Old Bridge Funeral Home staff made our father’s services so beautiful and really went above our expectations. They made sure every detail was personalized to commemorate our dad in a tasteful way. Their professionalism and generosity are truly appreciated on behalf of my whole family.
